PINS & NEEDLES IN LEFT HAND, LEG & FOOT

“I was suffering from pins and needles in my left hand, leg and foot together with back problems and had had these symptoms from approximately October 2003.  It got so bad that I really could not do anything without very high dosages of medication.

Before I made an appointment to see Paul Clusker I had been to my GP who suggested I saw a physiotherapist, which I did - to no effect.  I then had an appointment to see a Consultant – in fact I ended up seeing FIVE and not one of them could find or treat the problem.

Paul gave me acupuncture treatment which has proved very helpful.  After the second session I noticed my hand had improved and at the fourth session my back and leg were much improved.  I have had 7 sessions so far and feel more positive and I can now walk and sit down normally and do not need to take pain medication.

At present we are awaiting a report from Hospital with regard to the results of a nerve conduction test which I underwent at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham.”
