LOW BACK PAIN

“I first came to see Paul 12 months ago with agonising pain in my lower back; I had suffered this for six months before my first appointment.

I realised I had to do something urgently as I had no relief from pain killers from my GP and life was ‘murder’ - no sleep, couldn’t sit down comfortably and worse still couldn’t play my beloved golf which made me a really grumpy person!

On my first appointment Paul gave me acupuncture and osteopathy treatment and after the second appointment I noticed a slight improvement.   After the fourth treatment I was free of pain and Paul suggested that I should just ‘phone him when and if I needed his help again’.  What I do now is to have treatment every few months; just a ‘top up’ to maintain my well-being.

I feel great now – thanks to Paul and yes I was even able to jet ski on my holidays this year.
