NECK PAIN, DIZZINESS AND HEADACHES. “I had suffered severe neck pain, dizziness and headaches on and off for approximately four years and had been diagnosed as having spondylitis, which was gradually getting worse.I found that it was affecting my life in such a way that I was tired all the time through lack of sleep and pain, I could do little housework and had to stop going to the gym and swimming.
Before I saw Paul I’d already had acupuncture treatment (which was an NHS experiment), which helped slightly. I also had physiotherapy, which was not helpful.
My first appointment with Paul was in February. He treated me with osteopathy and acupuncture.After the first 3 to 4 treatments I noticed a big improvement.At the end of May I felt great – back to leading a normal pain free life - even going back to the gym.
