LOW BACK PAIN & STIFFNESS

“For about 6 – 8 weeks I had been in severe pain and found that I could not bend, get out of bed in the morning and was at my wits end at 84 years old, that I was unable to be independent!   I had been to my GP who advised me I had probably got a trapped nerve and prescribed pain killers.  These didn’t seem to help.

I made an appointment with Paul Clusker in July and after two sessions noticed an improvement.  After the third appointment I really did feel fine – no pain and back to a healthy 84 year old.  It is now September and I am still feeling very well.
